Royal Air Force Waddington International Air Show supported charities
Proceeds from the Royal Air Force Waddington International Air Show are distributed to the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, the Royal Air Forces Association and to local charities supported by Royal Air Force Waddington. The Air Show has raised over £2.7M to Charity since its inaugural year 1995.
The RAF Association is dedicated to supporting serving and former RAF personnel and their families. Whether it's and injured airman fighting to get back onto his feet, a young daughter missing her parent away on overseas operations or a WWII veteran needing a shoulder to lean on, we are here to help.
We aim to improve the quality of life for serving personnel and veterans, and their dependant families. Support is delivered directly to where it is most effective, by providing essential advice and information, though home and hospital visits and by providing financial and practical support.
Plus, though initiatives such as Miles More Minutes, and Storybook Wings, we help to maintain vital links between those deployed on overseas operations with their families back home, no matter how far apart.

The Royal Air Force Benevolent (RAFBF) Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity, providing financial, practical and emotional support to all members of the RAF family. We are here to help serving and former members of the RAF, as well as their partners and dependants, whenever they need us.
We help members of the RAF family deal with a wide range of issues: from childcare and relationship difficultions to injury and disability, and from financial hardship and debt to illness and bereavement.
