Information for Air Show visitors:

The Coach and Tour Operators listed on the right are running excursions to the 2013 RAF Waddington International Air Show.  To reserve your place(s) please phone or email the company direct or visit their website via the link, where indicated.  This list will be continuously updated as new companies register.

Information for coach operators and group travel organisers:

All coaches into the Air Show must be pre-booked through the Air Show Office. The Air Show offers admission tickets on a sale-or-return basis for coach operators, group travel organisers and excursion parties of 10 or more people.

Other benefits include:

• Free promotional link on the Air Show website
• Designated coach entrance and exit
• Free entrance for coach drivers (max 2) and tour managers (max 2)
• Free on-site parking on hardstanding
• Free admission ticket for each 10 tickets purchased

For more information or to register your organisation for the sale-or-return ticket sale facility please contact the Air Show Office through email or on 01522 726102.

If you wish to register, please state your company name, postal and e-mail address, phone number, company website and your designated point of contact. Your details will then be added to our list of organisations already booked. Once registered, sale-or-return tickets can be ordered up to Friday 14 June 2013.

Refund requestes for any unsold tickets will be accepted up to Friday 26 July 2013.
